The new 12th Edition of the "Model Subdivision Regulations for Use by Maine Planning Boards, with expanded commentary and model forms" is now available.
This new edition was completed on June 28, 2006 and submitted to the Maine State Planning Office for review, and therefore will be subject to some additional editing in the coming months. However, we wanted you all to have a chance to see the new work, during this period when it is being reviewed by the State.
At this time, this "for SPO review" edition is only available as a free download. When the final edition is approved, it will be reposted to this website available as a free download, and printed editions will be available as well.
